Markup Maker takes a simple list of page ids that you enter and converts it to a valid XHTML/HTML document (scaffolding, if you like). Now includes HTML5 support

Basic Options Doctype: Markup indent style:

Include 'end of *** div' HTML comments

View Advanced Options ...

Do you want some default CSS added? (Positioning, Font size)? Add font-size to body (letting you set font sizes in ems)
Add an outer wrapper, centered in CSS

Where do you want to place the CSS? Create a separate linked style sheet
Add style sheet to document in a <style> block

Enter ids of your structural (div) elements here (or try the example structure below!)

Use a single space - not tab - indent to signify sections that are subsections of the parent. No need to enter # values (they're added for you).
