About Accessify

What does Accessify mean?

Have you ever had discussions with people and said, "We need to make that accessible?" or "This site needs to to made 508 compatible"? All gets to be a bit of a mouthful, doesn't it? What is really needed to make these meetings much shorter is a new verb: 'accessify' - to make accessible. We like the phrase, so much that we built a site around it!

What are the aims of Accessify?

To build up a collection of useful resources, links to the best accessibility sites on offer (we're not selfish, we don't have a monopoly) and an online toolset for everyone to use free of charge.

Can I contribute to Accessify?

Certainly! We're always keen to get other people's involvement, particularly with articles and tutorials. If you would like to contribute to these sections, please get in touch using the article submission page. We're dying to hear from you!

Who's behind Accessify?

The small (but perfectly formed) team is as follows:

If you would like to contribute to Accessify, just ask! We're always after news items, new articles and if you fancy knocking up some kind of accessibility tool, favelet or whatever for ths site, please just drop us a line. Right now!

This page is styled using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). If you can read this message, the chances are that your browser does not properly support CSS or you have disabled this yourself. The content on this site is perfectly readable without style sheets, though; it just doesn't look quite so fancy.
