Markup Maker Options

Do you want some default CSS added? (Positioning, Font size)? Add font size to body (letting you set font sizes in ems)
Add an outer wrapper, centered in CSS

Where do you want to place the CSS? Create a separate linked style sheet
Add style sheet to document in a <style> block

Other Options Doctype: Indent style:

Enter ids of Your Structural (div) elements here

Use a one space - not tab - indent to signify sections that are subsections of the parent. No need to enter #values (they're added for you). Try the ready-made example below to get the idea:
